Ensure that align the goals with the organisation’s passion and are interesting enough to excite both the NGO and the community. Have a plan that covers immediate objectives, as well as long-term goals with specific projects and initiatives towards the mission.

Round-up a set of driven-minded people who share your motivation for change. This requires a diverse range of skills, so members must come from fields like project management, finance, communications, and technology.
